Lag, fps

so im only getting 50-100 fps and the lag and stutter is insane. i used to get up to 1000 fps as i have a god pc i7 7700k 4.2 32gb ram gtx1080 its it the point where i cant play because of the lag ans stutter please fix this problem and put things back to how they where in 1.14 please i have supported this game since it began.
