Unable to mine after i've began moving

Previous Experience: I would be able to start mining anytime after I've been moving allowing me to move (in any direction) and begin mining (pickaxe, shovel, axe, any tool) before I stop moving my avatar.

Current Experience: There is a slight delay between moving and mining. There is not a delay between mining and moving, however. Because of this, when moving first and then attempting to mine second, you cannot mine at all. You must wait (without moving your avatar) almost a reload time (the time it take to use a sword or axe after using it as a weapon).

Expectation: That this delay be fixed to allow seamless transition between moving and mining, as it originally worked.
