Advanced Furniture - Not downloading after payment taken on 19/01/2020

I purchased the Advanced Furniture program by Pixelbiester on Sunday 19th January 2020 and it has failed to load. We have deleted and restored the appointment numerous occasions over the last four days to no effect. Please look into this issue, if it is not resolved I will be requesting a refund.

 Unable to confirm the version number as it's not visable in Marketplace.
