Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I disconnect all the time when trying to play on a realms server. I have reseted my router to factory settings, restarted it. Reinstalled java 3 times. Reinstalled minecraft, My network is 150 - 350mbit/ps. 

Still no luck at all please help.
