Scoreboard minecraft.mined doesn't count any tall blocks

As mentioned  in summary, minecraft scoreboards doesn't count breaking block if block is 2 block height (doors, grass etc.) but works fine with 2 block wide / long blocks

Also doesn't affect plants that can grow few blocks high (sugar cane, bamboo, etc.)
