Custom loot tables don't work anymore

In MCTools, created my own loot table and it doesn't work. I did exactly what I had to, but that chest is empty. I tried everything, please help

The red-marked text represents folders that you have to create yourselves

To reproduce:
1. Go to MCTools
2. Create a loot table
3. Generate it
4. Install it into: saves/<YOUR WORLD>/data/loot_tables/mctools/chests/<YOUR LOOT TABLE>
5. Open minecraft
6. Open and load the world where you installed your loot table.

7. Run /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:chest

{LootTable:"mctools:chests/<THE NAME OF YOUR LOOT TABLE"}

8. Open the chest
