All fish NBT tags are lost after catching it with a bucket and spawning it back

After I caught a fish with a bucket, all tags were lost. For example:

 

1. Effects are lost
2. Invulnerable is lost
3. NoAI is lost
4. PuffState is lost
5. Air is lost
6. Rotation is lost
7. Damage is lost

The only tag that is kept is the Variant tag.
