Stronghold library spawned corrupted

The stronghold library in this world (seed 397562255045979743) spawned corrupted. I did not remove the blocks; the library naturally spawned with missing bookshelves and upper floor. This is the second time that this has happened to me (in a different world) while playing in 1.15.
