[MC-169899] ExceptionInInitializerError while intitializing game / ProviderNotFoundException: Provider "jar" not found

My minecraft version 1.15.1 was working normally till this crash began to happen i don't know the reason i tried to delete game directory and run it again and it occurs it's happening only on 1.15.1
