Invisible Armor stand when on gm3 and Player name tag bugs out some models visibility

Invisible Armor stand when on gm3 and player name tag when player squats is in front of some models (like chests, water, players, armor stand, etc.) it causes models behind name tag disappear.

What I expected to happen was...:
Slightly transparent model (which is Invisible Armor stand when on gm3 and player name tag when player squats) should not cause models behind it disappear

What actually happened was...:
Slightly transparent model (which is Invisible Armor stand when on gm3 and player name tag when player squats) cause models behind it disappear

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Summon invisible Armor Stand in front of water (for example)
2. Type /gamemode spectator
