Run toggle on acts as depressed CTRL in chat

When having the setting for run to "Toggle" and you toggle it on, it will then act as if you press CTRL when in the chat. For example when you reach an 'a' it will select all previously written text (CTRL + a) and subsequently replace it with a single 'a'.
