Incorrect and Bugged Zombie Villager Texture

Zombie Villagers in the latest version spawn without any hands and have an overlay of the Farmer Villagers hat, no matter what profession. The Farmer Hat has a bugged texture on all Zombies with it missing lots of pixels. Even with removing my resource pack the textures are still bugged
