Specific Version Crashes Whenever I Try to Play World for More Than 15 seconds

This started to happen after my power went out while I was playing one of my 1.15.1 worlds.  The bug that occurs is after 15-20 seconds of being in a world, the game freezes and then crashes. I have reinstalled Minecraft, made sure that everything related was updated (Java, Driver, etc.), and nothing has worked. Whenever I use task manager to see what happens, the game will freeze and in task manager Java (TM) Platform SE Binary will become "Not Responding" and lower the CPU usage to 0 in about 5 seconds.
