Water and lava do not drip through soul sand or mud

The bug

Soul sand and mud are both full opaque 16x16x16-pixel cubes like many other blocks, only differing due to entity collision. However, this seems to stop them from causing water and lava dripping particles to appear below them if that liquid is above them.
