Minecraft Wont Open Because Of "Outdated Graphics Driver"

This happened after coming on the next day, even though I have the latest Graphics Driver For Intel. [Where in this screenshot, on the right you can see the message & on the left according to Intel, my driver version & the latest verision|https://gyazo.com/66ebe083b9af8391d89a969c0b0cf5b8]. I had already played Minecraft with this version installed & this is the first time seeing it.
