Minecraft Crash while its creating a world o starting the game

When I start the minecraft sometimes its crash's, other times letme use the options but when I create a new world the screen is totally freeze... I don't know what happend, I try with other's versions but it's the same, I try with other launcher's and this work's (the minecraft) but it's fatal with the FPS, for example, I play in 1.14.4 with optifine an all the minime, but always had 30 FPS (I had a 1050 ti so it's ridiculous)... Always I play minecraft with 90 or 120 FPS, and Minecraft just work with other launcher, so IDK if the problem it's the launcher, it's the Minecraft or the JAVA (than obviuously I already uninstall and reinstall with other's versions (JAVA) but it's impossible, don't working...) Can help me please, an I'm sorry for my English xd
