My offline world is stuck! PLS HELP

Hello everyone. In minecraft i have been working on my world for a really long time. But a few days ago i accidently deleted my world which is 100% my fault. But luckily i had backup. But everytime i open my backup world its like everything is stuck. I can move around and destroy things but every mob is just stuck and cannot be hit and they dont do anything i also cant pick up any items, i cant die, i cant open any chest or interact with anything and the world does not load any chunks. Pls help!
