Arrows arent visible when shot on servers and fall flat

Arrows arent visible when shot on servers and fall flat

What I expected to happen was...:
to see the arrows shot through the sky so i know where to aim.

What actually happened was...:
the arrow falls flat when shot but it still hits. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ready the bow and arrow
2. shoot
3. it falls flat but can still hit
