Inconsistent item entity generation location with shearable blocks

When carving a pumpkin with shears, the item entities are neatly generated directly in front of the sheared face of the pumpkin. However, when shearing a full beehive, the items are instead generated directly inside of the block, causing all of the honeycombs to be sprayed out in different directions.

To fix this, the honeycombs should instead be generated directly in front of the beehive's entrance.
