Armor Stands Tilting downwards makes helmets look weird when a block is inside of them.

The armor stands spawn with the head facing downward, and this makes helmets tilt downward when placed, making cool objects that are created with a block inside them not look right. It seems minor, but for making things like a keyboard or chessboard, it does not work.
