Eggs disappear

What I excepted to happen was:
Leaving map and coming back will save my eggs

What happened was:
My thrown egg disappeared!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Throw an egg.
2. Leave map before egg lands.
3. Come back.
4. ....
5. Profit. (It's disappeared...)
