Minecraft will not Launch

My Minecraft has stopped working on my PC? I have uninstalled many times. I have even copied everything for my old PC that is now my son's. I have removed any texture packs and reloaded the game and it still won't run? 

I try to open the game and it never loads up after using the Luncher just blue ball of death then nothing.
