Viewing a furnace during a server restart refreshes the fuel consumed

To recreate:

1. Fill a standard furnace with raw materials and fuel.
2. When the flame graphic is low, stop the server.
3. Restart the server and open the furnace GUI.
4. The flame is high, and you can smelt more than was initially left.
5. To temporarily fix, open the in-game menu and return.
