I am trying to get minecraft to work on my laptop but it keeps crashing.

What I expected to happen was...:
That minecraft would open on my laptop and that I could play.

What actually happened was...:
It crashed. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I tried to start minecraft and it crashed with as error java.lang.IllegalStateException: GLFW error 65542: WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL
2. A friend of mine helped me get an older launcher but the same issue happened.

I am not sure if I need to give more information. If so please let me know. It only let me select version 1.15.1. But I am trying to get 1.13.2 to work.
