health reset upon relog/leaving end throuhg a portal

what been done:
player have armor with attribute modifiers increasing his max amount of health
then he goes through the portal from end to overworld
or leaves the server/world and enters it again
what should've had happened:
hp stays at the level it was before
what have happened:
hp was capped at 20 points
