when trying to launch forge 1.12.2 the game crashes

when i try to launch my 1.12.2 forge version of minecraft it crashed and just tells me error game crashed an unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. and it sais 1.15.1 version because it doesnt let me select anything that came before
