Villagers Increasing enchantment books prices after leveling up

Villagers increasing prices of first slot enchantment books. They raise it past the original prices after leveling up to Jouneymen, Happens to villagers cured as Novices. Every other trade has the price lowered except for the first one in the list, which has a significant boost in the emerald cost.
