MC-169033Teleport facing feet looks at head, and looking at head looks above head.
To test:
Summon armor stand in void world.
Run:
/execute facing entity @e[type=minecraft:armor_stand] feet run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
You can easily see it is not working.
