Zombie Villager Model Bug Returns

Recently I got A new pc when I did I played some Minecraft with the classic texture pack

when I spawned a zombie villager it look like it was an unfinshed mess of broken parts of the model the zombie villager had the classic zombie villager head with the body being the new zombie villager body now the normal villagers work fine the only thing is you can see the unused hood but other then that the normal villagers are fine

how to reproduce

1. enable the resource pack "programmer art"
2. summon or spawn a zombie villager
3. just stare

edit:it looked the team rushed it

this is no duplicate because it was on 1.15
