Entering to the End Gateway inside boat causes visual glitches until the terrain loads

First of all, I was transporting a Shulker and I entered an End Gateway. The screen was jittering.

But when it loads, the screen is no longer jittering.

How to reproduce:

Go to the End
Kill the Ender Dragon or /setblock an End Gateway
Build a platform around Gateway
Place a boat
Get inside it
Get through the Gateway
→ Observe the jittering screen
Wait until the terrain loads
→ Observe that the screen is no longer jittering when it's loaded
