Randomly deformed glass panes

There is a special glitch which makes you have deformed glass, or when one glass pane which will pole and other which will side connect. It touched up me.

There is also the 1.14.4 or newer versions touched.

we need a fix for this, quick! 

We need a fix for this because weak computers may give this thing. It is really annoying. All details about my PC i have is on the Environment text.
