When at the bottom of the Multiplayer menu, expanding the window messes with the scroll bar

If you scroll to the bottom of the server menu with your Minecraft window in a small mode (windowed mode), then expand the window, the scroll bar extends below the bottom of the normal scroll area, and there's a bunch of blank space beneath the "Scanning for games on your local network" text/loading bubbles.

It looks like the same visual issue as MC-167167, but the way you get there is different.
