When naming a sheep _jeb during the winter/When the chests are presents it dose not turn multi color

When you name a Sheep _jeb with a name tag nothing happens when it is Christmas time, after that texture pack is cleared it works again. but not during the 3-5 days around Christmas. it was found in 1.12 but I believe it dose effects all versions. I would have put 1.12 above but it would not let me.
