Minecraft 1.15.1 crash on startup

I have looked for solutions online and the solutions suggested were to increase allocated ram however it did not work. Whenever i open minecraft the loading bar goes up to around 90% and stops responding. The output log gives an error code that i looked for a solution with which was the allocating more ram. i attached the output log.
