Jittering/Teleporting Flying or Walking with lag <AFFECTS ALL VERSIONS>

When I am sprint flying around any of my worlds, and I am below around 30fps, sprint flying becomes so I fly, and then I get teleported back to a previous location. If it's even laggier, when I just regular fly, it does the same thing. It has gotten so bad that it does it when I sprint or even walk. After that I often, if on realms, get kicked off, saying "connection reset by peer" on any other realm, but on a singleplayer world or my own realm, I get "connection timed out". This is a super annoying bug, and I wish for it to be fixed
