Arrow Bouncing Glitch

Since the update to 1.15 & 1.15.1 when shooting arrows, some will glitch, and not hit anything. They will keep going through the air towards the intended target, then momentarily go off the screen, and then start over as if just being shot and going through the air. Almost like GIF of shooting an arrow.

 

My arrows are normal, but I am using a bow with fire and infinity, if that makes a difference.
