Wandering Traders now require much more free space to spawn, causing them to not spawn at all in dense biomes

I was wondering why the wandering trader was not spawning after 20 game days.
I created a repeating command block, which had a command that when it spawns, the game automatically kills me. I was AFK for 5 hours and no one ever spawned! I was at Snowy Taiga buffet. In non-dense biomes they spawn, but extremely rarely, it spawned only once for me.

Caused by the fix of MC-153298
