High end pc extremley low fps with lots of spikes

Hey, so i recently bought a new computer and i'm having some serious trouble with Minecraft, i can play, but with a low amount of fps, around 100 with some hard spikes.

Watching the gpu and cpu usage while i play i realized that my computer is using my integrated processor graphic around 50% and my rtx 2060 is somewhere around 15, i have tried installing my drivers, and every thing i can think of

My computer can easyly run demanding games, instead minecraft, for any reason,
