Game Crash While Trying to Go to Desktop

My game crashes whenever I want to go to my Desktop using "Windows Key".

I also get this notification on Desktop : (Capture2.JPG)

This report in not similar to 

MC-168740    or      MC-32606.

at all.

And the crash report is : (hs_err_pid10700.log)
