Some "wallhack" style glitch

Hello! I had some "wallhack" glitch. I was in the cave. After I got to dead end, textures glitched, and I could see zombie, looking around. I maked screenshots for this situation. You can help me on English or Russian language. Also, restarting the game didn't fix the bug.
