Chat on servers

I have noticed that no one can see my messages in chat on Mineville role play on Minecraft PE I have tried to change settings within the game but have had no luck. i play on my iPhone 6s With a PS4 controller. I use the Xbox app with the same account that I use for Minecraft (CastfoxOG2654)
