Muted on HIVE MC for nothing

I have been banned (muted) on the HIVE MC server. The problem is that I only created a new account, and my first time on HIVE was already muted. I have been struggling with this for a long time so I decided to create a new account to be able to write with players. Every third account could write on HIVE, the rest of the new ones were (muted).
