A weird lighting bug in 1.15.1

Hey there, i got this weird bug in 1.15.1 where all the outlines of blocks are highlighted.

I dont use a texture pack and no mods.

I attached a screenshot of my video settings for you to look at, ive tried changing all video settings one at a time but it didnt change it.
