I can't claim my redeemable gift code to Minecraft for Windows 10

Good night,

A few weeks ago, Minecraft has updated to 1.15 version and now it is possible to play across platforms. 

I have the game installed on my computer but I need the Minecraft for Windows 10 to play with my friends of other platforms. However, when I claim for my gift code to dowload the Minecraft for Windows 10 on Microsoft Store, the Mojang website says that there is an error. 

Please, can you fix this? I am very exciting to play with my friends.
