Internal Exception: Java.io.ioexception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Cant log on to servers 20 seconds then boots me out i have tried a lot of things, including Allowing fire wall, and reinstalling Minecraft, restarting the router, and even reinstalling java. nothing seems to be working please help me fix this, i see many other people have this issue too, but no one has a solution other than to allow it through fire wall and that still wont work i  also allowed it through java's advanced security's and it still won't work please help me out it would be very much appreciated.. 100%
