Painting and Item Frames fail to pop-off when pushed by Honey Blocks

The Bug
When placing Paintings or Items frames on Honey Blocks and then moving the Honey Block, the Paintings or Item Frames fails to pop-off and treats the piston arm as a full block

Replicate

• Make a Honey Block be able to move back and forth via Sticky Piston
• Place Paintings or Item Frames on the sides of the Honey Block
• Place a lever to move the Sticky Piston
• Flick the lever to move Honey Block
