New tooltips don't update if a tool is enchanted

Steps to reproduce

• Check a tool's attack damage (e.g. Diamond sword = +7)
• Enchant it with sharpness and check its tooltip again

The tooltip will not update to a greater number (e.g. +9 with sharpness I)
