/worldborder center - comma and dot

The bug

The first coordinate, x, is separated by a comma from the two decimal places, but at z it is separated by a point. This is the German language, but the same problem with the English translation ...

How to reproduce

1. Set the system display language of your device to German
2. Run the following command:

   /worldborder center ~ ~

   → The z-coordinate in the command output contains a comma
