Bees not leaving hive unless chunks updated

I made a honey farm on top of the nether and problems are arising where whenever I load chunks in the overworld the bees suddenly never want to come out when I come back to the farm both with nests and hives. (the screenshot provided I know bees hide in there nests when they have pollen but I gave them 10 mins then 30 mins then an hour and they still did not come out until I updated the chunks which idk why it fixes it they're supposed to come out every 2 mins)
