Ghost blocks appearing while mining w/ eff 5 on diamond with haste 2

Minecraft haste 2 with a beacon gives you 16 sec til it lowers to 8 and restart. Doing some tests i found that when the time restarts that milisec, the client dont recognice the blocks brokens and appear the famous ghost block.
